Can't seem to import requesters from AD, using Server 2008..

I have used ServiceDesk Plus for a few years now at two different companies running Windows Server 2003 domains. Now I am trying to run this program with a Windows Server 2008 domain and cannot seem to import any requesters. It has been a while since I set this up so maybe I am just missing something. I can import computers from the domain. I'm confused. Can someone please provide me with some assistance? Thanks in advance! :?:
