Can't see Logon Failure report

Can't see Logon Failure report

Hello all,
I am using EventLog Analyzer version 4.0.3. When I run the SOX Compliance report by using "Range of Days", I didn't see any in there. It said " No data available". I try to run few months back, but still the same. Please advise.
