Can't remove configurations

I have created some "Install software" configurations using a corrupted MSI file Desktop Central displays the following error when trying to deploy the configuration:
But when I want to delete the configuration I keep getting the same error. How do I delete these configurations?

But when I want to delete the configuration I keep getting the same error. How do I delete these configurations?
