can't monitor Memory Utilization and Disk Utilization

Hi, OP support team,

I have a problem with the Memory and disk untilization monitor. I tried monitor one windows 2003 server with OP. and now, I can monitor almost service, like as :"CPU Utilization;Print Spooler Spooler Net Logon Netlogon Event Log Eventlog DNS Server DNS DHCP Server DHCPServer RPC" etc. but I can't monitor the Memory Utilization and Disk Utilization.

The Monitor did not respond to the test request

Possible reasons
1. Check if SNMP is enabled on this device.
2. The SNMP request might have timed out
3. The OID may not have been implemented in the MIB.
4. The device might be down
