Can't load juniper mib

Can't load juniper mib

I am trying to load this mib for a Juniper IVE device. Everytime I try to load it through the website or the java mib browser it always gives me an error. I have attach the mib, is it something wrong with the mib? This is the latest one for my device. Thanks
