Can't install the free edition

The above is all i get and it won't run i even tried to run the ./AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_4_Linux.bin -console
and ./AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_4_Linux.bin -silent and nothing..

This is on linux.
