Can't install App manager as a service

I was having some issues with the Admin console, so, I ended up uninstalling the service and reinstalling via the batch files. The service did reinstall, but, when I staret it, I get this error: Could not start..error 1075..dependency service does not exist or is marked for deletion. After some research, I see this is referring to some Apache service, but, that is not a service that is installed. I don't think it ever was. If I click the startapplicationsmanager.bat, I get an error that it will run in non-service mode, and the admin console does work, but, I'd like to get it installed as a service again. Please help. I've uninstalled/rebooted/reinstalled the service several times.
