can't install agent because client is down, except it's not
I've spent the better part of my afternoon trying to get Desktop Central to work. It seems to install ok, but there's no way I can't get the agent to install. DC keeps telling me that my clients are down, but they're not!?
I read about the firewall port exceptions, applied them and as this didn't work, I just turned off the firewall. But even after doing this, I still can't get the agent on my clients.
As I'm really looking forward to testing DC, all help would be very much appreciated!
