Can't Insall Agent
Dear ALL,
I installed agent manually in 2 computers.
After installation I tried to make the SOM to install agents, but it returned with 2 defferent type of errors:
1) access denied:
2) Unable to get the agent status. Operation time out.
I looked into the Services in both computers the DC service is not listed, but when i used the msconfig command, the "ManageEngine Desktop Central 6 - Desktop Sharing Services" it's status STOPPED in both machines.
Please note that TCP 6100 opened, and the both vbs script to open the DCOM ports already done.
