Can't create Custom Device - returns already in database
Hi there.
I'm trying to create a custom Device a CISCO 3725 OID= .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.414
OpManager returns that the device already exists, but in actuality OpManager only has a Cisco 3700 series, which it lists as OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.436 According to the CISCO-PRODUCTS mib, .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.436=CISCO 3745
I have a technical reason for distinguishing these two device types from one another, but my network event logs have scrolled so ;) the specific issue has slipped my mind.
Is there a way for me to create the seperate device for the CISCO 3725, and exclude that OID from the built-in device "CISCO 3700 Series"?
