Can't clear an empty alarm
I have one server in OM that has a "ghost" or empty alarm that will not go away. I have deleted & re-added the device, updated status, rediscovered, but within 10 minutes the ghost alarm is back again.

Can someone shed some light on how I can resolve this please? OM 7010 with MSSQL backend.
