Can't clear alarms

Can't clear alarms

After two weeks of normal operation, our trial of opmanager won't allow me to clear acknowledge or delete alarm messages for any device. Here's the response I get;

webclient.fault.alarm.clear.status.failure

or

Problem in deleting alarm!

when adding a note...
