Can't access ServiceDesk web site with linux web browser

Whenever I try to access our ServiceDesk web site from a linux PC the browser just hangs. It works fine from Windows and Mac browsers. I even tried wget from the command line and that hangs too:

Any ideas as to what might be going on? I tried from several different linux systems with the same result on each one.
