Regarding the MDM solution, is there a way to hide the camera access but at the same time allowing the camera functionality to other app?

I know is a peculiar issue, but this the scenario (for a iPhone with iOS 13.x) :

The company X, for security reasons, does not allow phones on work area, but it will allow one app which keeps track of production issues, this app may take photos of certain processes.

So Im looking for a way to hide/block the default camera app but at the same time allow the production app to take photos, this way the phone use does not compromise the security policy.
