Call Reference ID's

Call Reference ID's

Have just noticed that the call reference ID's do not increase sequentially (excuse spelling!!)... would have thought they would!!! 1,2,3,4,5,6....etc..... would be logical.. Why don't they? Or is mine not working correctly??
