Is possible to set the time length of Call Alert Pop Up.

Now is set ( I think Hard Coded) in 60 sec, after the Pop Up is closed.

When the Suppo Rep Users have too much shortly call is possible to have pop up overlapping.

With a smaller duration the Suppo Rep can manage all the Call.
