I have a business appl. with an opening time of 07:00 - 22:00 (mon-fri).

I have therefore defined scheduled downtimes for all other intervals during a normal week.

 

I therefore expected the availability to be meaured as uptime / (uptime + downtime) - and leaving the scheduled downtime totally out of the equation. But it is calculated as uptime / (uptime + downtime + scheduled downtime).  

 

I can define scheduled downtime as uptime, which will use the equation (uptime + scheduled downtime) / (uptime + scheduled downtime + downtime).

 

Is there a way to configure App.Manager to give me availability as uptime / (uptime + downtime) ???
