Calandar, Asset Checkout, and Technician Profiles

I am very impressed with the Service Desk product and am in the process of previewing it to the LAN shop in preparation for purchase. The Active Directory Hotfix was right on target.

Some features that would be of tremendous benefit to my organization would be an integrated calendar to schedule tasks and projects, an asset reservation/checkout for items such as Laptops, and the ability to enter technician profiles so that tickets could be automatically targeted to the appropriate person(s) automatically.
