Cache Hit Ratio(SQL 2005 Server) Monitor

Cache Hit Ratio(SQL 2005 Server) Monitor

On our SQL2005 servers we cannot see the Cache Hit Ratio(SQL 2005 Server) monitor under Cache Monitors, it's just not being shown.
We cant change the threshold value or disable the monitor. It keeps generating alarms.
