CAB -Ability to email new CAB member without mail to all CAB
If I add a new CAB member to a change, I want to be able to Send for Recommendation to a the new CAB member without mass mailing all the previous CAB members again. If the TO: field was editable on the current Send for Recommendation mail then I could remove the CAB members that I didnt want to receive the mail.
Can this field be made editable ASAP? Can I do this in the backend?
