Buying ManageEngine Opmanager 5.5

I am looking to buy one license of Opmanager 5.5 . I see its $ 795 for 1 user Node-Locked License. I understand what 1 user means, only one user account can be created, but can that user login from anywhere?

Also, is it possible for multiple user to login using the same username?
