Business Views without notifications

I have different Business View in my system, but the notification that it generates is not reflecting in my Global View.

I have the Global View - MEXICO, and 15 states, inside of each state I have 3 or 4 locations, and inside of each location I have 2 departments, and inside of each dept I have between 7 and 15 desktop.

For example:

Mexico ----> Sonora ----> Hermosillo ----> Garmendia ----> Elements (15 Desktop)

If I have some problem inside "Garmendia", this shortcut change the color, so I can see that I have some kind of erro, but "Hermosillo" doesn't change the color, it's like "nothing happend". Obviously Sonora is in the same case.

Does exist any restriction in OpManager that only the first level up show the problem changing the color of the shortcut?
