Business Views with shortcuts to other views show critical

Hi All -- We have a problem with Business views we've created that contain shortcuts to other business views and the shortcuts to those views show as device critical when no devices associated to that view show critical. More specifically:

-We have a campus view showing multiple buildings and each building we have equipment in has a shortcut (with icon). Click on the shortcut icon you get a floorplan business view with the polled equipment shown where it is located and a shortcut back to the campus view. All of those equipment icons are green yet the icon for the shortcut to that view is red (critical). Can anyone provide insights in resolving the problem? Thanks.
