Business Views Not Updating Status
We had issues with a couple of battery backups recently that dropped off the network. They have been reset and cleared and are working properly now. The business view where they appear has everything green now. However, the shortcut to that business view on another map still shows red. That filters up through our sub-maps to our main index which also shows that branch as being red. I have reset the server, made all the devices update their status, etc. and nothing seems to turn those shortcuts back to red. We are on the latest version 9101 and have no circular maps as have been mentioned on a similar forum posting about a year ago. How can we get those to turn back green now?
