Business view problems
Hi,
We have today purchased a license for OpManager and started to configure it to monitor our large scale network. Most of the problems we are facing are in the Map Editor.
1- I cannot add Linux servers to a business view (I have not tried Windows servers yet). What happens after adding the servers, they don�t show up and the funny thing is they disappear from the list of available devices. The business view shows the number of devices equal to 0.
2- If I put a link between to routers but do not link it to any interfaces, the link color shows in green. How can I change the color to show it as unmanaged or virtual link?
3- How can I add images such as internet cloud or a square box etc� It looks like the only option is to add a background which makes it hard to design a crowded business view.
The last thing is what I reported yesterday, It is not possible to add 2 links between to same devices. This is very Important for large networks as aggregated or backup links are often used
