Business view issues
Hi Support Team,
I want to know whether OPM actually offers the option of MapMaker or nor? I saw some employee had said there was no the option available in OPM 8 and it would be coming in new version in some topics in Forums, but now I have upgraded the version to ver 9011 and still found nothing about MapMaker in OPM folder.
And if you still can't offer the MapMaker, is there other way to rename the business view and support Chinese name? I think it will help you develop the OPM marketing in China.
Beside above, I found that one business view created suddenly changed the name to "undefinded", and there were 50 devices on it. If I creat it again, it will spend me too much time again.
Today, I creat one business view and add a device on it. After saving the view, I see nothing on the view. However, I try to add other devices on it, then I can see them on it. So I check the device can't be seen and it is available and normally work.Maybe tonight I will repair the DB and restart the service to check it again
