business view in browser not populated

business view in browser not populated

Is this normal behaviour? I just started an evaluation yesterda, so am new to the product. I can create a business view with the client, but when I click it in a browser, it just loads a pop box with the number of servers listed, but nothing in the box or anything. Do business views not load when using a browser?
