Business View Editor Stuck

Good Day

Problem discription:

The OpManager works fine as long I just looking at the status and use it as viewer.
I can see all devices on my business view map.

BUT if i try to edit this map, i can only see a view of the devices. And if i try to add another device, the editor freezes. The only chance to get out, is to close the browser.
And if i try to create a new bussiness view map, i look at the loading dialog that seems to have an invineti loading time. So i have no chance to create a new map.

i have the newest flash player installed.
i tried it in firefox and IE7
i restartet the service and the server itself
