Business Rules not working in SD+ Build 5004
We can't get any busines rules to work at all.
We have setup one very simple test Business Rule that goes like this.
Move all new requests with level = "1" to a queue called "new requests"
In the request form organiser i made the default level=1 so all new request that come in have the matching level and our test rule but no requests are being placed in the new requests queue..
please help asap.
