Business Rules not always working (depending on address)
Hello,
I have some business rules setup to assign emails to a particular group or technician based on which email address it was sent to.
I've found out that any email address with the word "support" in it will circumvent the business rule and simply leave the message unassigned.
Is this a glitch and is there any way to work around this?
