Business Rules by e-mail address
I currently have a setup where the service desk account collects e-mail sent to
itsupport@domain.com and files it in the IT Support group. What I want to do is add a second e-mail address to the service desk account and then setup a business rule so that if To is
rfc@domain.com then the e-mail is put into the group Change Control.
However, experiments thus far result in all the e-mail being put into IT Support, regardless of which e-mail address i used.
