Business Rules and Request Templates
Is tehre functionality planned that will allow the assigning of a request template to a request as part of the business rules section.
So in the 'Perform these Actions' section you could select 'Assign Template' and pick a created template.
This would assign all the fields from a template as well as creating the tasks associated.
Not sure why I've not asked before to be honest seems such a logical thing to have that I don't appear to be able to find at present.
