I'm new to ServiceDesk Plus.  What is the correct format when entering phrases in the filters as well as when using the "Users to Notify" action?

Do you enclose each phrase in "" and the separate with , for multiple?

Actions
When entering multiple emails do you separate with a , or put on a new line?
