Business Rules
It there a way to apply a template based on a business rule? For example we have a category named User Administration which has a sub category of New user. I would like to apply a business rule that applies a new user template which has several tasks such as AD setup, Outlook setup and Meditech (our HCIS) setup. These tasks will always be required for every new account created.
