Business Rules
Dear Reader,
I would like to propose an idea regarding the Business Rules. It would be nice to have the options 'Not Assigned" in the selections. Now we have a business rule to put a request on a specific group if it has a specific Category, but we also want to include 'Not Assigned' requests to one of the groups.
