Business rules: Connect different business rules?
Is it possible to connect different business rules?
This is how we want to use it, but i'm not sure if it is possible in the version 6.0:
We have some business rules which check the subject for which product is meant by the cusomer/partner. This realy works fine and we can set all we need.
But now there are some more points we want to do with the business rules:
- When the E-Mail is marked as important we want to set the priority as High
- We want to check if in the subject is "IMPORTANT:" included and the also set the priority to High
- We have some Quality Assuraance (QS) which tests our software product and also should report the issues over AdventNet. So we want to Check if if "QS:" is contained in the subject and then set the customer value (custom field as string).
So i have tried to do thath with the "IMPORTANT:" in the subject and checked if it works. But after the business rule for important ran the other business rule didn't execute. So there was no assignment to the product and to the queue.
How can i tell a business rule that it was not the last and also the others have to be executed? Or that they are connected with other business rules?
I am sorry for my bad english. But i hope you got the point what we want to do.
