Business Rule to change status is not applying
Attached is a screen shot showing a business rule I created to change the status of requests to "On Hold" if they of request type "Feature/Request". We want this to be placed on hold so they can reviewed by management for each department at a later time.
The rule seems to work intermittently and I haven't been able to determine why it would work for some requests and not others as they all seem to fit the defined criteria.
