Business Rule Template
I have a business rule template to notify certain parties when an Executive member puts in a request. The current Template is limited to only certain fields
It was requested to have more fields available to be selected which are available in the normal Notification Templates for Technician notifications
the fields are
Request Status
Site
Because we don't have a mobile version, this information is vital when a request is sent via e-mail.
