I have set up a business rule as follows:
Rule Group/Rule name:Hardware General (Service Desk Rules)
Criteria
Subject contains: broken,faulty,will not power on,no power,not working,blue screen, screen blank,not turning on,won't turn on,not charging,battery dead,not powering on,sticky keys,keeps freezing,damaged,damage,won't boot,fails to boot,stuck in boot loop,holding charge,hold charge,clack screen,no display,doesn't display,no sound,no audio,overheating,keeps restarting,no power,collection has been raised,mouse,keyboard,laptop slow,laptop issue,not connecting,damage,damaged,sound,Chatto,Boudica
but it is continually matching things incorrectly.
What am I doing wrong. It doesn't matter if its organised to be the first or last rule it still matches things that are not in the criteria.
