Hi there,

I've currently got a business rule to auto categorise a keyword in the subject field which is " ability"

But it appears that words such as " availability" that has the word "ability" in it, get run by the business rule where I don't want it to run.

Any ideas on how to get this to rule to work for only the "ability" word?
