Business Rule did not work
Hello,
i try to create Business rules to assign call to Technician or Group if a text appears in the subject.
It worked till version 7.0. But now with 7.5 (7004) it never works - even if the call comes per mail or if i create it as webcall.
I see this error in the logfile:
