Business Rule bug
When I setup a business rule with more than 1 contains entry and save it only 1 of the criteria is saved. Example:
Title contains Production Outage
or
Title contains Production Problem
assign to
NOC Queue
What gets saved is only the Production Outage rule.
Title contains Production Outage
or
Title contains Production Problem
assign to
NOC Queue
What gets saved is only the Production Outage rule.
