Business Rule Based on Category & Location
Good Day Folks, We are still trying to setup our trial version of SDP. We would like to have tickets routed to the different technicians based on the category and the location (i.e. John takes care of all hardware issues in Toronto so any tickets with category hardware and the User location Toronto get routed to John automatically.) Thanks for you help!
