Is there a way in AD Manager Plus to remove all users from a select csv list of groups?

I have a large list of groups that I need to remove all users from. Performing this task via user account or group membership report lists takes too long to process and is very slow. Having an option for removing all users from specific groups directly would be much more efficient and quicker.
