Trying to see if there is something I am missing with this. I am attempting to remove old departments instead of simply inactivating them, but I am unable to delete these departments as they have requests associated with them. I know that there is a way to reassign the department of individual requests through manually clicking on the department within the request to "refresh" it. The problem is that there are thousands of old requests that need to be reassigned, which would be a complete waste of time to do manually for every single ticket. Is there a way to reassign departments for requests in bulk?

The Bulk Edit feature does not have an option to modify the department. Reassigning the requester and the site do not update the department of all requests associated with that requester.
