When I use the bulk notification profile association option to only alert on 'critical' severity events only, the profile is associated with 'all' severity level option instead. I've tried this several times with the same result.

Going to each individual server and selecting 'critical' severity events works fine.

OpManager 8050 using MySQL backend.
