Good Morning,

I've been trying to mass create external mail-enabled contacts through ManageEngine as if I were to create them manually.

Despite how I've tried to use the sample CSV, manipulate the headers and attributes, I have had 0 success.

I'm trying to mass create the list with: 

Name
Display Name

Alias

External SMTP email address

Hide from Address Book 

And Organizational Unit if possible.

Hide from address list

 

Any assistance and support with the CSV headers would be greatly appreciated
