Bulk importing JBoss with additional (JMX) attributes, and other monitors

I'm using Applications Manager 8610 for Windows/Linux.
1. I would like to bulk import a JBoss monitor with additional attributes, accessible via JMX MBeans. What should my CSV file look like? Is this even possible?
2. I would like to bulk import other types of monitors, like Java Runtime Monitor, Database Query Monitor and Script Monitor. Is this supported by the application? If so, where can I find example CSV files?
