Bulk Import Items
Hi - a few months ago I bulk imported a new group of Categories and Sub Categories via CSV. Only some of the Sub-Categories had items associated to them. Because of this I couldn't leave the "Mandatory Field" option on. However the team are having trouble remembering to use the items field and it's quite important for training so I need to add Items for every sub category. Something simple such as "fault".
Is there a method for only importing items against all the sub categories without losing the ones I currently have?
