We have a need to bulk close out over 100 tickets, but all the ticket are associated with a request life cycle.

I'm able to close them 100 at a time, but I have to first assign the tickets in bulk, then change the status to In Progress in bulk, then I can close them.

I also had to temporarily remove the requirement to add a resolution on the request lifecycle to allow me to close the tickets in bulk.

Is there a better way to edit tickets in bulk when they are linked to a request lifecycle? or is there away to remove tickets in a specific group from the request lifecycle without affecting other groups?
